Wellbeing Day
Join us in the Kyle Centre, Tongue on Sunday 27th March 2025 for a wellbeing taster day. Try Yoga for Real Life and KundaDance, Mindfulness and Sound Bath. Or have a Reiki treatment. Try something new and see if it's a fit for you. You can join us for all sessions or pick and choose what you'd like to try. Places are limited so booking is essential.
